Kids Construction Safety Day at Block 59Get ready for a fun and educational morning at Block 59! Join us on Saturday, October 4 at 10:30 a.m. for a hands-on Kids Construction Safety Day led by our partners at CHOICE Construction Group.As Block 59 continues to grow with exciting new additions, we're inviting young builders ages 4-8 to learn how to stay safe around construction zones through interactive activities, hands-on demonstrations, and fun safety lessons. Kids will explore construction safety gear, participate in a construction hazard hunt, and learn the important safety message: Stop, Look, Listen, and Stay Safe.Special guests include Construction Dog, the lovable construction mascot, who will be on-site for photos and high-fives throughout the event. Plus, the Naperville Fire Department plans to stop by with a fire truck and crew (emergency calls permitting), giving families a chance to meet local first responders and learn more about fire safety.As Block 59 continues to grow with exciting new additions, we're helping young visitors learn how to stay safe around active construction areas in a fun, family-friendly environment.Admission is free. Registration is not required.
